Terms of use

These are being drafted. Here is what they will cover and what is true today.

With counsel

These terms are a launch gate for the paste-results form on the banner check page, not an afterthought. They have to cover:

  • No reliance on anything published here
  • No legal advice, and nothing on this site is one
  • Limitation toward people who are not clients
  • Retention and deletion of anything submitted through a form on this site
  • The right to decline any submission

What is true today

The Consent Signal Checker runs entirely in your browser. Nothing is collected and nothing is transmitted, including to us, so there is no result of yours for us to hold, retain or delete. More about the extension.

The paste-results form is not open, and it will not open until these terms are published. Two forms on this site do work: the checklist request on the implementation page and the custom scope form. Both take an email address and what you type into them, both are used only to answer you, and neither is sold or shared.

Nothing on this site is legal advice, and none of it is a compliance opinion. We do technical work and hand you evidence of what changed. Every legal position stays with your counsel, and the page written for them sets out where that line falls.

Questions in the meantime? Ask us and we will answer in writing.
